~ 遊び方 ~ The Way of Play
一、 The Art of Selection 選択の道
  • Each player receives ¥15 to curate their food portfolio
  • Select as many dishes as your budget permits
  • Designate one dish as your ichiban (一番) — your guaranteed selection
  • Unprotected selections may be forfeited if demand exceeds supply
  • After January 16th, all selections become final; remaining funds convert to points
  • Trading between players continues until the journey concludes on January 31st
二、 The Caption Challenge 写真勝負
  • The Lady shares glimpses from the journey through Japan
  • Craft your wittiest inscription for each image
  • Each offering earns +1 point
  • The Daimyo & Lady honor their top 3 favorites
  • First = 5 pts | Second = 3 pts | Third = 2 pts
  • Both judges bestow honors independently — earn up to 10 points
  • Craft your masterwork with care — wit and artistry reign supreme!
三、 Clan Alliances 一族
  • Forge alliances with fellow samurai to form a clan
  • Any samurai may establish a clan and summon members to their banner
  • Clan members bear their clan's color as a mark of allegiance
  • Clans with 3+ samurai compete on the clan leaderboard
  • Clan standing is determined by the average strength of all members
  • The victorious clan becomes The Official Champions of the next tournament, their dominion reflected throughout the realm
  • Unite your strength — for glory and honor!
四、 The Path to Victory 勝利への道
  • Daily Rankings 毎日: The Daimyo & Lady honor their top 3 dishes each day
  • Gold 金 = 3 pts | Silver 銀 = 2 pts | Bronze 銅 = 1 pt
  • Both judges rank independently (up to 12 pts/day possible)
  • Honours of the Samurai 武士の栄誉: On the final day, seven sacred awards
  • Each honour = 3 pts | Includes Shōgun's Blade, Ronin's Fortune, Shadow Warrior & more
  • Prizes 賞品: Three champions shall be crowned
  • Culinary Master — highest food points
  • Wit Champion — highest caption points
  • Grand Victor — highest total points
  • Authentic prizes from Japan will be shipped directly to the three winners!
